How do I verify my account?
William Hill offers three simple options to make the identification process clear and easy for all clients.
The three options for you to provide your identification are below:
Edentiti: An online method to provide confirmation of name, age and address. Log into your William Hill account and click on the human icon to the left of the homepage and then ‘Verify ID’ from the menu options. This will take you through to where you can complete the Edentiti online verification.
Australia Post: You are now able to provide your identification at any Australia Post. All you need to do is print the Australia Post Form from our website (this is located under ‘Verify ID’ at the top of the homepage) and take this to the Post Office with your 100 points of identification. Australia Post then submit the forms online and your William Hill account is updated within 24 to 48 hours.
Certified Documents: If the above two options do not suit you, William Hill do allow clients to mail in certified documents. You need to provide confirmation of name, age and address, and then have these copies certified by a Justice of the Peace. The original copy then needs to be mailed to William Hill Australia, PO Box A214, Sydney South NSW 1235.
We don’t currently have a verification centre on the WH app. If you see an exclamation mark against your account when logged in please visit our website to complete the verification process.
