Please note: Card fees and load limits apply. Please refer to our Product Disclosure Statement for more details. The William Hill Card is only available to Australian customers with a verified and active William Hill account.
Go to your ‘My Account’ section and select the ‘William Hill Card’ option.
Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit your application.
Your card will be mailed to you along with an activation code. Once you have received your card you will need to activate your card online before you can use the card. This can be easily done in the app.
Please note: To be eligible for a card, your William Hill account must be verified and your address must be in Australia.
It is instant. Once you have transferred your winnings you will be able to make purchases and withdraw from an ATM immediately.
Yes, you can withdraw cash from any ATM in Australia immediately after you transfer your winnings to your card. ATM fees may apply. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for more details.
Yes, you can use your card to purchase everyday items in any store that accepts eftpos cards. Remember you’ll need to select ‘Savings’ account and enter your 4 digit PIN number that you will receive in the post along with your card.
No, the William Hill Card is an eftpos card and can only be used in store where eftpos is available.
No, only winnings from your William Hill account can be transferred to your card.
The Eachway™ barcode on the back of your card will in the future allow you to deposit cash into your William Hill account at qualifying retailers. (This feature is not presently active).
